Review - Ben 10 Omniverse 2

If you have a kid then chances are you have heard of Ben 10, even if you don't have kids and maybe you are a uncle or an aunt you know what and who Ben 10 is. If you don't then chances are you are either reading this review because you are a parent and need to get a Ben 10 game for your kid or you want to know what all the hype is about, either way, we have a review up for you that has been conducted with my two kids alongside as with any kid oriented game like this.

Review - Soul Calibur 2 HD Online

Soul Calibur is a fantastically entertaining fighting game series. And I have had the pleasure of enjoying every addition ever released that I could get my hands on, so when I got word that we would be getting review codes for Soul Calibur 2 HD Online I was first in line to get one, but then I realized that I might have played this game before, just not in HD or online...

Review - Saint Seiya Brave Soldiers

My job on this site is to review fighting games, and for those of you that know this genre a little better than most you know that there are a lot of great games in here but there is also a load of weird and obscure ones that sometimes makes your brain hurt. Also when the game is based on a animé or manga you know you are in trouble simply because if you are not a fan then chances are you will have a hard time knowing what the hell is going on half the time, enter Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers.

Review - Aquapazza Aquaplus Dream Match

I mentioned in another Japanese fighting game review that with the job of reviewing fighting games you come across a lot of deliciously entertaining games but then there are also those games where you just don’t know what the hell is going on half the time. Aquapazza Aquaplus Dream Match is one of those games and as I am writing this review I am still confused while I did play the game for as long as I did, but I am here to say that during this review I will probably get down to why that is and how this happened so lets get started shall we.

Review - Ratchet and Clank Into The Nexus

9257807616 75db80c650 z

Ratchet & Clank is a series of games that is well known to anyone who has ever owned a Playstation 2 or 3. The beloved duo has had it's ups and downs in the past but with the latest release, Into the Nexus I am delighted to tell you all that this is the Ratchet & Clank you came to love, there is only one small gripe with the whole thing.

Review - Assassins Creed IV Black Flag

AC4BF Hero

I have always dreamt of being a pirate and I always known that I would never get the chance to be a real one so I searched out the closest thing which is obviously video games. My first, and so far only love I found was back in the day when I started my journey to become a real pirate in the fantastic (and still my favourite game of all time) The Secret of Monkey Island, that is 23 years ago and I have been waiting for a game to shiver me timbers and make me not only eat my words but walk the plank while doing so and admit that there is room for more than one mighty pirate game in this world, and here we are, Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag just released upon us all.

Review - Call of Duty Ghosts

Call of Duty, a name that brings out either rage or love in every shooter game fan. It is the most selling shooter game and it is also one of the shooter games that brings out the most vocal fans and haters of the series for some reason. I do not hate, I participate. And I am here to tell you why you should or shouldn't pick up the latest Call of Duty game, COD: Ghosts.

Review - Battlefield 4

Battlefield 4 is one of the two biggest shooter franchises that you either love or you hate. The weird thing with this game and the other game that we also review is that even though the concept of them are both similar they are two completely different games both fighting for the top spot as the number one shooter on the market. But for me personally, I like both of them and I mention both of them in each of the reviews I do just to try and differentiate the two from each other making it easier for you to decide which one you want to pick up, first up its Battlefield 4

Review - WWE 2K14

The WWE franchise is no laughing matter, and since its humble beginning it has become one of the biggest selling sports entertainment franchises of all time, selling out PPV's left and right, making movies, music and yes, video games. I have followed the WWE game series since its beginning and I have also noticed how they have slowly gone from a inventive game series to a repetitive one with the last release being the strongest in a line-up of lacklustre games lately. But I never give up on the franchise and was eager and hopeful once again to see if WWE 2K14 could give me some of what made me such a fan of this series a long time ago.

Review - Castlevania Lords of Shadow Mirror of Fate HD

Ah Castlevania, just the name itself brings back so incredibly many memories all the way to my NES days as a kid playing through the series. Fast forwards way to many years for me to publicly announce just because it shows that, yes I am getting old, and here we are, with a HD remade version of the now classic 3DS version of the game, Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate. So how does the game run and look on the big screen, well...

Review - How to Survive

How to Survive is a zombie survival …. wait where are you going?? It isn't like every other game ok? I promise. Ok so How to Survive is a zombie survival game that feels like a mix between a Diablo game, Minecraft and a Dead Island game. Now if you take these three elements and combine them there should be a lot of enjoyment right there for you but in reality, too much of anything isnt always a good thing. How to Survive is one of those games that probably will sail by in the night without causing too much ruckus.

Review - Magrunner Dark Pulse

Magrunner: Dark Pulse is one of those games that just suddenly popped up on the release list and not too many people knew what it was to be honest, but we love those kind of games where you can just boot them up and not know what to expect, so we did. And Magrunner: Dark Pulse makes me feel stupid, but that is not the games fault...

Review - Batman Arkham Origins

Batman Arkham Origins

A quick question before I start off this review that you might want to keep in mind while you read this, how do you top a Batman game like Arkham Asylum or Arkham City ? Warner Bros takes over the wheel and tries create magic with the release of Batman Arkham Origins but it might seem like they played it a little too safe, but then again, we have a new Batman game.

Review - Plantronics RIG Headset

ai 623

The new Plantronics RIG isn't just a headset for either gaming or music, it is also a mixer of both. And how about the ability to switch between the two or how about the ability to hook your phone up to it and switch between gaming, music and important phone calls? Well Plantronics does all of that and it does it well too.

Review - Skylanders Swap Force

Skylanders-Swap-Force Logo KeyArt Standard FINAL-640

Skylanders is a franchise by now, a money making franchise that is loved by all children and hated by most parents. Children see awesome entertainment and collectable Skylander figures while parents see dollar signs and empty wallets every time a Skylander commercial comes on screen. However, if you do have the money to spend on the Skylander franchise then chances are you are awaiting the new Swap Force Skylanders and we got to play around with three of the new characters included in the Swap Force starter pack and yes, it is Skylanders and yes you will pay up once again but man oh man, the kids absolutely love these things.

Review - SpongeBob SquarePants: Plankton's Robotic Revenge

SpongeBob SquarePants is the kind of animation/cartoon show that just happened to click with an audience and has since it first launched produced multiple TV shows, movies, toys, collectables and of course video games. And it is the newest game we are here to talk about, SpongeBob SquarePants: Plankton's Robotic Revenge.

Review - Beyond: Two Souls

When does a game go from being a video game to an interactive experience or more a movie? David Cage and his Quantic Dreams Studio is known for experiences like this such as, Fahrenheit, Heavy Rain and now Beyond: Two Souls which we got to review a week ago. It was incredible hard not being able to talk about this game until today, and I am bursting with things to share about this game or experience that is Beyond: Two Souls and here we go.

Review - Grand Theft Auto V

Grand Theft Auto is a game everyone knows about by now, going from a niche audience to what has become one of the best selling games of all time is not only an incredible feature but also a well deserved effort on Rockstar Games' behalf. And we got to play around with GTA V's huge open world and we truly understand why this game is one of the greatest out there right now.

Review - Harvest Moon: A New Beginning

Ah Harvest Moon, the amount of hours I have spent with you are so many I do not even want to share with you... The weird thing about this series is that even though you feel like it is the same game there is something, just something that grabs you and refuses to let you play anything else, forever and ever and ever. My curse in life is that I get addicted to Harvest Moon games so when my editor in chief asked if I wanted to review this game it was like being handed a years supply of the most addicting drug ever, so of course I said yes. Oh the hours I have spent with Harvest Moon 3D: A New Beginning and how fitting the title is...
