Review - God of War III Remastered

I have played all the God of War games, and I still remember my jaw dropping when I first played God of War back on the Playstation 2. God of War 2 however was the game that made this one of my favourite series on the Playstation and I continued to follow the series as it progressed. And here I...

Review - Journey PS4

Journey was to me the most beautiful experience I had ever experienced on a Playstation when I first played Journey back when it released on the Playstation 3, so when I got word there was a new improved version about to release for the Playstation 4 I was first in line to request a review...

Review - Trials Fusion Awesome Level Max

I have been an Trials fan since the first game released, since then I have laughed, cried, broken controllers and rejoiced, so who better than me to get my grabby paws on the new DLC from Red Lynx. I have played games since the late 80s but it is the first time I jumped onto the back of a...

Review - The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Review - The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The Witcher is the most immerse open-world game ever created, that’s right, I said it. Even with its flaws this is the game to beat for game of the year on many gamers lists this year. I am even going to go as far as to say that this will change open-world games forever, if your game doesn’t...

Review - Project Cars (PS4)

Project Community Assisted Racing Simulator or CARS for short, was originally planned to see PS3 and Xbox 360 releases earlier, but was finally released on the current gen systems, and the reason as to why is easy to see as soon as you start playing. Project Cars looks absolutely amazing, and...

Review - Broken Age (PS4)

I grew up with adventure games, it is still my favourite genre of all time, but lately the genre has slowly faded out, much being because of the attention span of gamers nowadays, and the thought of them getting stuck on a puzzle more than a few minutes seems absurd. But Double Fine is trying...

Review - Shovel Knight (PS4)

Review - Shovel Knight (PS4)

There is a thin line between inspiration and plagiarism and Shovel Knight balances this perfectly. By paying homage instead of ripping off classic NES games it simply creates nostalgic magic for older gamers while introducing old school classic gameplay to the newer generation. This is one of...

Review - Bloodborne

Oh From Software, how much pain and torture you have bestowed upon me and still, here I am, with my hat in hand asking “can I have some more sir?”. I guess the fool me once saying doesn't really work on the From Software games as Demon Souls beat me, Dark Souls 1 and 2 beat me, and here I am...

Review - Toukiden: Kiwami

What some might call a slightly watered down version of Monster Hunter I personally feel that Toukiden: Kiwami is everything I wanted Monster Hunter to be and more. Now before you start lighting up your torches and sharpening your pitchforks at least hear me out and check out my review for...

Review - Life is Strange Episode 2

We return to the strange but wonderful world of Life is Strange. Stuff was right about to hit the fan as we left the previous episode and even though the last episode ended on a cliffhanger the second episode starts off slow by introducing and adding more back-story to the main story. If the...

Review - Cabela's African Adventure (PS4)

There has been numerous Cabela games since the first one popped up on the scene back in 1998, and there has been deer hunter series, adventure series, expeditions, and off-road adventures and that is just naming a few of the many, many Cabela games that has seen releases. The latest addition to...

You've got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to walk away and know when to run. Never has lyrics had greater meaning than this time around as we play with cards and life in the latest independent game released from Defiant Development called Hand of Fate

Review - Evolve

Evolve has seemed to be a dark horse from the time it was revealed and up until release. People have been claiming there didn't seem to be enough content, or the game might feel repetitive and not enough meat on the bones for it to become a hit, but we still wanted to dive in and see for...
